As medidas est\u00e3o nos Decretos 10.206 e 10.199, ambos de janeiro de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Ao Serpro, fundado em 1964, cabe gerir os dados da Carteira de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional (CNH) Digital e do Cadastro de Pessoas F\u00edsicas (CPF), por exemplo. A dataprev \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela gest\u00e3o da Base de Dados Sociais Brasileira, especialmente a do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS).
